A branded device may be the best choice

It took a long time to connect to our network, but once connected the product seemed quite decent. I was happy with the lighting and movement. The video recovery is not user-friendly, but it can still view the history. If the device worked on September, October and November 12, it just died. What stinks about it is that now I have to replace it with a vendor instead of Amazon.
