They work well
I'd love to say I love them but I can say they work well for my needs. To improve them? I would make the needle head a bit larger since I'm working with strong yarn, but I still need the thin size of these needles. They bend, but that's due to the type of project I'm working on, which is pretty heavy. If you want a long, thin needle, these are probably among the best.
