I wanted an Ottebox for my iPad 9.7 but they were sold out so I went to Revain to buy a case until Otterbox was in stock. I chose this case based on all the reviews comparing it to an otter. To be honest I wasn't expecting the same quality due to the huge price difference, but I was hoping for something more durable. The silicone Otter case is really soft which makes holding the iPad uncomfortable and almost slippery. The inner case is thin and I doubt how well this case protects in the event of a fall. The stand that came with the case was a nice bonus, but it's very wobbly and unstable even on a flat surface. For the price I think it will work until I find a more durable case. Or, if you knew the drop chances are slim, that would be a good case, but I won't trust that for heavy use.
