Suitable if you are slim

This is a good product if you are small or thin. It's light, bright and comfortable, as well as inexpensive. However, the elastic waistband is in no way suitable for 42 inches. When worn around a jacket, the belt stretches 33 inches and is tight at the waist. Very different from the chest strap pictured. If it was available in multiple sizes I would rate it more than 3 stars.
