$15 for a decent toner that isn't too hard, not a bad price. I prefer slightly more nutritious toners but this works great and I honestly prefer it on really hot days even though I usually have and use much more expensive tonics. It's gentle enough for daily use on my slightly sensitive skin and doesn't dry or irritate. It is also a good buy for a teenager as it is affordable and gentle. I usually stay away from western branded toners because they always dry out my skin or just don't lighten like my Korean ones, so this was a good bang for the buck to vary my skincare routine depending on the weather and environment. Overall I like it and will be using it for the rest of the summer but I'm still not sure I'll get it again. I need to see if there are any long-term improvements before I make that commitment again. Either way, it's a good toner and does the bare minimum without upsetting the balance of your skin's oil and biome.
