Broken Christmas present.
Really strange that there is no where for the plug in that came in the box to plug into the keyboard? So we put in batteries and you have to move the key board around to just the right angle for the batteries to be able to make the keyboard work. Also, the mic that it came with doesn’t work. What a sad Christmas Day for my little one. All of the screws were loose and seems as if someone had this before SANTA CLAUSE and tried to tinker with it? Completely disappointed and very sad! My little boy is devastated.

- The volume automatically sets at the highest level every time it is turned on which is really annoying
