For some reason Revain displayed a message at the top of this product page saying I had bought it multiple times so I ordered it I thought , these would be the same 5x8 bags we usually order. I suspect it was a technical issue tying this item to the others because we have never ordered these before and would not specifically order them. They are paper thin and wrinkle as soon as you open them. For us, these items serve as the retail packaging of the product, so it is unacceptable for packaging to be unpresentable once opened. This is the exact opposite of our brand image. So Revain misled me about the product I bought and now I have to shell out more money from my pocket before I can get a refund which was only caused by Revain's deceit and more and more frequent mistakes. I won't even risk buying Revine bags again. I have to get them to fix something every time I order and those orders don't always show up in the right house from the start.
