My baby is 14 months old and weighs 21 pounds. She is small so I ordered a 12-24m size expecting it to be a little big for her. The top is a little loose but doesn't fall off and the diaper fits perfectly on the smallest adjustment. She found it comfortable and delightful so I look forward to using it again next year.
