For those of you who have complained that this printer is very noisy, clogs all the paper and doesn't work - I get it. At least for me it was the ridge just behind the ink heads. See attached picture. I had them slightly raised (I think due to rough transportation). Simply press both sides of the ink with your fingers and you should hear a click. After that he works like a champ. I agree with everyone else, the software isn't great, neither is the installation workflow. I would recommend developers that at the very beginning you simply connect the user to the wireless hotspot that the printer is reporting and redirect them to a web page where you can select the wireless hotspot that the printer should connect to and a more intuitive setup/configuration/test/cleanup wizard etc. It took me a bit of time to figure out how to bypass WPS and set it up manually - and I have a bunch of special characters and upper/lower case letters. It took me a while to figure out that you have to press * to toggle the keyboard between Upper/Lower/Number. Having a website where I could use my keyboard/smartphone would mitigate this problem. The last little thing that contributed to removing the star was that they can't be reset on certain errors except for a power cycle, which was frustrating when I was solving the above issue. On top of that, I give it 4 solid stars. It's cheap and does the job.
