Bought very small as per manufacturer's recommendations. My dog was under her care for a very small. However, when we got the extra small, it was so tiny on her that I could barely get it on her. I have a miniature poodle, she is 6 pounds, very small, she was too small. I'm actually considering ordering a product so that it covers them freely and doesn't tighten the skin. * Recommendation, if in doubt, order 2 different sizes and return the one that doesn't fit. Especially if it is necessary for a game day!
