I like that this is very easy to use, they have great customer support and are always willing to help. Customer service is amazing! I highly recommend this product. This has made our lives easier with all of our different types of phone calls. I also love how easy it is to navigate through their website. There's nothing that I dislike about this product. It makes our lives much easier because we no longer need to be a part of multiple phone systems to make phone calls or receive phone calls. We only need one system.
