The price is impressively low but the quality matches the price. I can use it to hear audio from my laptop (instead of using the laptop's speaker) but it doesn't work for phone calls. I could hear the person I was talking to on the line, but the person I was talking to couldn't understand me well because of all the crackling and "terribly loud and broken", as my caller told me. I will keep the set and not going back because I love the extra 8 pillows. But for work and phone calls you definitely have to get another set.
