For a smaller chest this "sports bra” gives similar compression as a binder, However, it is much more comfortable. I don’t know how it would do it if you had a larger chest, but I think it’s a good alternative for times when you need a break from binding or can’t bind (swimming, exercise, etc.) Even if it doesn’t do the same job, it’s significantly better than nothing. Also, Love this brand! Super gender inclusive, and have been happy with other things that I have got from them before. I would definitely recommend!
