Clips do not hold the vents well I have a Toyota Corolla. Luckily the cup that houses the charger is great and only has a ball joint on the back. I just changed the mount to my old bleed clip and it works fine now. Basically I'm rating this so low because I have a very standard car and I expect this issue to be easily predictable.
