I do not recommend this product

It's my own fault; Didn't read the product description carefully. This is a DIY project. Each individual pennant has to be pushed out of the cardboard sheets, punched and a thread pulled through. Assembly took about an hour. The pennants were a lot smaller than I expected, about 8 inches long. I used the banner for my grandson's birthday and while it complemented the overall zoo theme I would not recommend this product. It's just not worth the money and hassle.
