I don't know how everyone else is having trouble with these, but they work great for me. This is the only brand I will buy for my Apple phones and tablets. Great quality, crystal clear and has saved my phone many times. Costs money. Mine didn't come up. However, I take very good care of my electronics, which may be why mine lasts so long. I also laughed a little when I saw the size of the box compared to the phone. Looks the same except for the size.
