For the price it's ok.
I think it works, haven't tested it yet, we will. I really won't. But it feels good, nice and snuggly, does what you want it to do and has a nice slot for your pen. If you have a pen case, it will be snug but still hopeful. The back of the magnet no longer works due to the thickness of the case, but that doesn't really bother you and you can no longer insert the stylus from the right side of the magnet.
