EZ Install. The water seems soft. No pressure change. I have short hair so I can only tell from my skin that the water feels softer. But my wife says it helps her hair. The water pressure is the same as before installing this unit, so everything is fine. No leaks. I used plumbing tape. My two biggest concerns are: a) How long will the filter remain effective? and b) Where can I get replacement filter cartridges? The company doesn't make this clear and Revain's cross-referencing algorithm doesn't help me find it. I'll deal with that over time. All in all, this is a good filter and does what it promises. Give him a few weeks to really notice the difference.
