Part of my son's Halloween costume so really didn't want to break the bank, maybe just for a day. But I didn't want to hurt his legs either. Well they fit perfectly (I ordered half a size up just in case and honestly couldn't even wear his normal size). without question. I was very satisfied and pleasantly surprised.
