Review on Bose QuietComfort 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphones with 3.5mm Wired Connection for Apple Devices - Black by Avut Deesri ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I am satisfied, the product fully corresponds to the description.

The fact that the headphones themselves are beautiful, and why they are beautiful, you can read in other reviews of both this model and the QC 15 model. As a user of the previous Bose QC 15 model, I can only say one thing - do not buy this model. I honestly tried to see the difference (I need to somehow justify an expensive purchase for myself) - and if I saw it, it was for the worse. The sound itself has become a little different, but literally a little - this difference is imperceptible, and I cannot say that it is in favor of the QC 25. Noise reduction . I admit that it is a little better. But again, this is very difficult to catch, you need to specifically compare two headphones, put on one and the other in turn, convincing yourself that the new ones are better (I did this comparison). All the same, the noise of the metro (old cars) is not removed to the end. All the same, the loud voices of people in the office can still be heard. There is no real difference for sure. If I say "I admit", then I'm not sure of anything. All at the level of error of perception. How are the headphones really different from the previous model? 1) Design. Better or worse is subjective. 2) Larger cups, completely cover the ears. But I can't say that they are now sitting more comfortably. 3) When you turn off the headphones with the lever, the sound does not turn off completely, instead, the mode without noise reduction and with degraded sound quality is turned on. In my opinion, this is a minus, because it is easy to keep a spare battery with you, and they do not change so often. And being able to completely mute the sound in one quick swipe was helpful. 4) Headphones are foldable, the storage case is smaller. On the one hand, good - compactness; on the other hand, it’s bad - it takes longer to fold, and now you can store only one spare battery in a case (previously you could safely store 3 pieces) Perhaps the headphones are slightly better than the QC 15, and in time I will understand this. But they are much more expensive now. So think about whether it makes sense to buy them.

Pros
  • - excellent noise reduction - quality sound - detachable cord - convenient compact case; headphones fold - lightweight, comfortable fit . and other little things that create a positive impression. Overall, flawless performance.
Cons
  • - there is no tangible improvement compared to the previous model of this line. It makes no sense to buy given the existence of QC 15. - when you turn off the headphones, instead of completely turning off, a mode is turned on in which the sound is worse and there is no noise reduction. I think it's useless. The ability to turn off the headphones completely at any time and hear something or just take them off and not let others listen to your music was more useful.
