So far I like this belt. I have a pear shaped body and I have a hard time finding pants that fit my waist and upper leg. I have a terrible waist gap and saggy butt syndrome because my pants never fit properly. I'm also between sizes, so I have an additional problem. I'm size 14/16 and bought a large. This harness is fantastically adjustable and damn comfortable. I think it's good that the belt buckle no longer cuts in when I sit down. As other buyers have noted in their reviews, this belt puts strain on the belt loops in the front, but if/when they break I don't see a problem in going to a shop and having it fixed. I don't mind now that I just have to straighten my pants, maybe once or twice every few minutes.
