Gears 5 Special Edition purchased. Right out of the box it had a terrible "Drift Stick" on the right analog (joystick). Also, after pressing the button, the stick doesn't fully return to the unpressed position. When you pull it out by hand, there's a latch, then a click, and it won't fully depress. Obvious manufacturing defect. Checked online and there are hundreds of pages of people having the same stick drift issues with brand new controllers. If Microsoft is charging $80 for a controller, at least they can make something that actually works out of the box. Returning a Product for a Refund.
