This tank top has the look of good, heavyweight material and seems to last a long time. Cozy. I'm 5'11, 190 pounds and I like my workout shirts to be a little loose. Pictured is a size L and it might be a bit bigger than I would like so next time I'll probably go for an M. Also shown is a RunHit 2-pocket compression pant. I like tight high compression running so I'm size M and feel perfect. If you don't want them to be very tight, I would go for an L
