Bottom line...it sucks. Very difficult to apply, very sticky feeling on teeth and they hardly whiten. waste of money. I don't have super sensitive teeth, but sensitive comb strips are a million times better and cost about the same. I don't apply them every day either, I will do it every other day to avoid additional sensitivities. Should have known this was another Instagram gimmick. The taste isn't the worst bleach strip I've tried, but it's not pleasant. And because they're so sticky in your mouth, you taste them for the full 30 minutes plus the time you brush afterwards. I was so hoping it would be great but they were a failure. Better luck next time
