Literally took less than 10 minutes to assemble (most of the time was spent putting stickers on all the bottles). The instructions say the handle is adjustable in length, but I haven't been able to lengthen it. The stroller shell can be detached from the stroller frame and used as a basin. The pool is attached to the stroller with clips so all you have to do to remove it is unclip it. The only thing that struck me as strange was that the top of the sink, as well as the part that will be the ceiling, cannot be removed. The stroller pushes easily. There is a lower basket for storing consumables. There is also a diaper bag with several plastic music boxes and bottles for groceries, shampoo, conditioner etc. The only thing missing were proper diapers. She loves the stroller and that's all that matters. I would recommend it to any little mom who wants to be. :)
