I measured both windings of all 5 transformers with an ohmmeter, 10 measurements in total. Not sure what to call primary or secondary; Let's call them long (1300) and short (8). On 3 out of 5 transformers the short had a resistance of 4.5 ohms. The other two were open. On 4 out of 5 long ones there was a resistance of 82 ohms; on the other hand it was open. This ratio is about 40:1 for the "good" and not 1300:8, i.e. 162.5:1 with a deviation of about 4 times. I'll try measuring the inductance to see if that explains the difference, but I don't have an inductance meter and need to try the oscilloscope trick. Maybe I'll just assemble the amp instead and let you know how it works. Thank you for reading.
