I like that we can get real-time alerts of key information, as well has historical reporting for up until 1 year prior so it's easy when new issues arise or something changes over time! The interface is also very intuitive which makes training employees easier than ever before!! There are some features (ease at getting data into reports) but those aren't huge hurdles compared with how simple everything else was/is. Give this software serious consideration if you're looking either just now starting out your compliance efforts OR want more visibility / control then traditional methods give ya - no question about that one!! We've been able use our system since day 0 without needing any additional support from their team once implemented!
