I thought I would surprise my family with a pro for the 2015 holidays (purchased on Black Friday). Terrible mistake buying this item. Tried to charge and use but the camera never held a charge. Since it never worked properly I forgot about the problems and tried to use it on vacation but the charging problem remained. I thought the answer would be to replace the battery, but I realized that this model cannot replace the battery. Super suck. Waste of money, time and frustration.
