Review on 🧵 Singer Sewing Machine Parts Bobbin Case #Q6A0764000 for Models 3323, 4411, 4423, 5511, 5523 by Carol Miller

I had to change the bobbin case on my Singer 4411 because the lower thread tension was too loose even after tightening the bobbin case screw. I bought this because the product title and description said it was a replacement part for my sewing machine model and was a good price. After putting it on and starting to sew, the upper thread is caught after a few stitches in a metal hook that encloses a black plastic hole. Looking at the case from the side, I can see that the metal hook is sticking out over the black plastic ring. This is where the upper thread begins when the rotating hook pulls the upper thread around the bobbin case. In the original housing, this hook is flush with the black plastic so that the thread can be fed through without any problems. I bought another bobbin case here from another manufacturer and it works like a champ. I find the build quality to be better on my second purchase as well. I'm giving an extra star because I can tell from the 10 or so stitches I was able to sew before it got stuck it would solve my bobbin tension issues. I could keep sewing.
