4 stars. Sometimes video surveillance problems are easy to solve.

This solved my low voltage and interference issue I was having with my ZOSI 960h analog security cameras that I use on my new ZOSI H.265 1080p DVR. The mistake I made was reusing the 12v power distributor from my 5 year old Zmodo H.264 960h DVR as it is definitely worn out by this age. This resulted in the IR lights not turning on at night (no night vision) and lines in the picture as if there were ground loop interference. 4 stars.
