When it comes to a home theater system, it has to look neat. Otherwise, the whole appearance of the installation will be messed up. Who wants to look at the pile of cables under the TV? That's where these Sanus cables came in, and heck, they do the job. The cables themselves are very thin and strong. They don't feel like they will break if bent too much. The cable jacket is also great. It doesn't feel like it's falling apart. However, the best thing about these cables is the quality and size of the connector. Gold plated metal body, SMALL! These cables look so slick when installed and you won't have any trouble accessing your HDMI ports. Replacing some old NXG Sapphire cables that were over 6mm thick freed up so much space and saved me the majority of my AV setup. Another big benefit is that for people with newer TVs who want to take advantage of HDMI 2.0, this is one of the few options you have, at least on Amazon. I couldn't use another HDMI 2.0 cable that's this thin and well built here. These cables are mainstream, mainstream. I will say that one downside is that they don't come in other lengths. So if you need more than 4 feet, unfortunately you're out of luck.
