Best Distance in Camping

I'm a youth leader and I always camp and hike with small groups. Often times we cannot carry enough water with us and rely on water sources and filters to cover the distance. I'm not a fan of killing bugs with lights and chemicals and drinking them - it's just not my favorite method mentally. I've tried several water filters and am a fan of this one. My last one for $80 broke when it needed to and I don't know if I could have afforded a new filter when it arrived on time. Much cheaper than Katadin but I don't notice any difference. I like the style of the air pump. I love the gray push-top concept, but some young people just don't have the energy to use it once, let alone fill bottles for a small army. Easy maintenance after completion - disassemble and dry. Solid float function. It even comes with a cute little built-in compass. I don't know if it's as pure as advertised without testing, but it seems pretty good.
