This Product in general It has no taste and does NOT smell like vanilla. It's more like maple syrup and liqueur. Not pleasant at all. I read all the mixed reviews before purchasing and decided to give it a try. The horrible smell was bad but I was able to use some of my own essential oil to help alleviate the smell and have used it a few times. It doesn't moisturize my skin as much as it should and dries out quickly. Trust me, choose an unscented product and add your own essential oil if you want the product to smell nice. Yuk.
