This foot file is very good quality and works well for my foot problems which are quite severe many days - mostly days when I don't have earth foot File therapeutics . This foot file lasts longer than some I've used. I recommend using it in the beginning to see what you can tolerate because it works well; and I believe that not everyone requires this quality due to the varying severity of their needs. I also recommend keeping the file dry between uses as the wood needs to be dried after being in the water. I've bought so many nail files that don't work. work badly; That's why I'm taking the time to recommend this Earth Therapeutics foot file.
