This scrub is AWESOME! The technology he uses doesn't harm healthy areas of my skin like sugar scrubs, microbeads, and even exfoliating gloves can if rubbed too hard. Since it's not harsh and just vibrates, it just pulls out dirt. Using the tool is very simple, I just use it in a **steam shower** and let my face soak up as much steam as possible before exfoliating my face. All you have to do is relax your facial muscles, press the tip against the skin and sweep over the skin. I have cystic acne caused by the Implanon contraceptive implant (my body reacted negatively to synthetic hormones, I removed a piece of junk 7 months ago and the cysts still appear, although they have decreased in size and number since their removal to have). Peeling from cysts is certainly uncomfortable (those suction cups sure hurt like hell!), but if it's a new cyst, the peeling will cause it to go whitehead, literally within a day (anyone who has these type of acne, know that some cysts can take weeks or months to reach the outermost layers of skin, no kidding). If the cyst is already in the whitehead stage, the peeling will pull all the crap in and out (essentially bursting. It's awful). I run the scrub over the cyst area a few times to make sure all the stickiness is pulled out, scrape off the tip of the scrub and continue. After I finish the scrub while still in the shower I wash my face again and then apply fresh aloe leaf gel to my face and use the +/- ion function. Then I wash off with cold water, get out of the shower, put lotion on my face and go about my business. At the end of the day, the cyst, which was in the blackhead stage, was completely gone! There's no small subcutaneous lump to get from squeezing, it's completely smooth, with a little scab from the pop zone. All in all I never give up on this stuff, it has completely changed the way I deal with acne and I LOVE it! 5/5
