Let me upfront by saying I thought I screwed up by ordering a large one and then seeing the sizing chart. I'm 5'10" tall with a 34" waist. I like to think that I have an average athletic build. The big ones fit me perfectly. Cozy but not cozy. Excellent! It seems a lot of the negative comments are due to the wrong size. If the elastic waistband rolls up, it's because it's too small. If you don't like the thin or light product, you should have read the description. It's one of the things that makes them rock! Don't like that they don't have a urinal slot? This works great for me as I wash in the evening and they dry pretty quickly.
