My wife has back problems from an accident and needs lumbar support. It just fits well. The wrap belt works well on the top of the seatback as it is parallel, as you lower the seat down it narrows allowing the cushion to fall to the level of the seat. Perhaps adding extra straps would help, e.g. B. Clips that can be placed on the back of the upper seat next to the adjustable headrest to prevent the cushion from sliding down. It still works and supports the woman's lower back as intended. Happy woman happy life.
