Color of coat was not as pictured
The color was more of a blue/grey than a baby blue as was pictured, the collar was not as full as pictured (I did fluff it out with a hair dryer as directed), and the zipper was heavy plastic and seemed cheap to me. On the plus side it fit well and I think it would have kept me warm. The return was easy, as was the refund because i bought it on PRIME.
