The ease in which one can use this app is fantastic! It's very intuitive for someone who has never used it before (myself included).

I love that you have an option as far along your workflow process goes whether or not they want their data stored with them forever after sending out messages/emails etc., This also helps my organization so we're all working off same platform when communicating internally about customer issues across departments & teams within our org without having multiple platforms open at once - win!! There really isn't anything i dislike yet but maybe if there were more integrations available? We are solving problems related mainly around keeping internal communications clean by combining team communication into 1 system rather than using various other apps like Slack / Hipchat ect..
