I first ordered these shoes due to 2 day delivery - had to try them on for family photos beforehand. I ordered on a Monday so I expected them to arrive this week but they didn't arrive until late the next Monday. I was so excited to try them on my little girl and was pleasantly surprised to find the correct shoe was too big. I decided she tried both on and went for a walk. The left shoe almost fell off! Forget walking around in them. They both say size 8 but obviously it's not the same size. The difference may seem small in the pictures, but for small feet it's a huge difference! I immediately tried to call support but no one is available. They are so cute and I want them for family photos but I think I'll have to buy elsewhere because I can't wait another whole week to trade them in.
