I received this item on time, but I haven't felt well so far, so I ignored the instructions at first. When they were found I thought I didn't have a cable and reported the issue to Revain because I couldn't figure out how to email the company. Within an hour I found a string between the pillows and tried to notify Revane that I was at fault so the company wouldn't get points against them. However, I found an email from the company this morning and they were very willing to help with the issue and said they would send me the cable. I replied that I had found the cable and apologized for the mess I had unnecessarily made. They replied that they would give a cord. Now to the product: I love it! I actually bought this for my cat who is so in love with Christmas tree lights I thought she would love it and she does. What I didn't expect was how much I would enjoy it - it's very comforting. We have a new baby in the family and in about a month he will be old enough to appreciate so I plan on giving him another one. Good product, good performance, good order processing.
