Review on Identified Technologies by David Dober

I like that they are very helpful and fast when it comes time to get help or answer questions. They have been responsive and quick whenever we need them! Nothing really bad about identified. If you want customer service and support from someone who is there every day then Identifed has got you covered! The software itself seems pretty straightforward once you understand how it works but if you don't know what you're doing at first it's hard to figure out all of the settings correctly. We were able to do some preliminary testing before purchasing our full system which helped us set up our initial parameters. Now that everything was set up properly we've started using it regularly. It took just under 2 weeks after getting our equipment installed to start seeing results. There aren't many things that make me dislike identified as far as their services go. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to upload pictures/data to identify, but other times it goes through quickly The software is very user friendly and intuitive. I was able to learn how to use it in about an hour. It has made my life easier by allowing me to have more time at work and less time trying to do all the data entry myself. I would like to see some more features added but nothing that would make me not want to continue using it. It's worth the money. It is helping us save time and effort by reducing manual data entry. We are able to have access to our data 24/7 which allows us to be more productive.
