I'm 5'2" B Cup and 140. The size medium fit me perfectly! Also, I can't speak highly enough about how unexpectedly soft the fabric is. Obviously it's also sheer, and because of that it's also a bit delicate. Still, my husband loves how sexy it makes me look!
