Works very well, I've used it 4 times and it was relatively easy to use. Even traveling alone, it was easy for me to deal with. My stroller has been delivered undamaged every time, the bag itself is slightly different. There are a few scratches on the underside from driving on the bridge. I want the bottom of the bed to be higher so it doesn't scratch the floor. I also wish it had a proper handle as I have to bend down a bit to pull the bag which is difficult when holding the baby. The size is great, I can attach a stroller, cradle and car seat adapter. and some toys/quilts in the bag and it's not stuffed full. It's very easy to use, but be sure to practice before your trip and assemble your stroller before boarding. This makes the whole process smoother.
