Review on πŸ“± Desview T3 Teleprompter 2021: Versatile Phone Tablet DSLR Teleprompter with Wide Angle Lens Support by Jennifer Wilson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A few minor improvements over the very good T2

The T2 is often cited as one of the best compact teleprompters that fit on the lens. I've only had the T2 for a week and the T3 was released a few days after I bought the T2 so I went back and bought a new one. All teleprompters have the same basic functions - holding your phone or tablet in front, a light box with a mirror, and a rear-mounted camera. So the differences depend on size, weight and small design features. T3 has several improvements. I'm not sure if he is actually "less". The rear camera mount is the same. The "cap" or front dust cover is easier to remove and now has "PULL" written on the top (pull up to remove). The design of the front holder has been changed in several ways. It is now attached to the hood with a single thumbscrew. It stretches over 6.5 inches. (The iPad Mini is about 5 inches.) Additionally, the entire mount can now move up and down about 2 inches when looking at the size of the image in the mirror. at the outer end of the tablet stand. Quick Tips* I use a table tripod, Neewer 20". You can tilt the legs back a bit (to keep it from tipping forward) and then adjust the ball mount so the camera is level.* If you have a camera without a lens mount ( (e.g. Sony RX100 or ZV-1), look for a "CAME TV" branded stand that holds a 52mm filter directly in front of your camera lens. You mount the T3.* Manual scene control via Bluetooth is one Nice touch, although I haven't used it because I have a license for PromptSmart software with voice activation.
