I bought this out of desperation as my dermatologist didn't prescribe SD for me. Nutraseb was the only cream that didn't help much. I also read about a cream with zinc in another review, which was also bought. Using these soaps and creams together was, in my opinion, the best combination to get rid of the dandruff and scales on my skin. The trick with soap is to leave it on for as long as you can take the sting lol. For me it's probably about 30 seconds. Let dry and apply a thin layer of zinc cream. I also use some petroleum jelly on really problematic spots and that seems to have helped a bit too.
