The left pillow is 3 years old but the same company. The right pillow opened after 12 hours and then puffed out. They will not fall off after long-term use. They don't fall off when I've had to use them to support my chest and shoulder after an injury. So less pain for me. But since I stole my husband, I will give him a new one so he can sleep and stop snoring. We do a second swing every once in a while because we've been sitting in bed and using it for the back, but that's okay. I would say that we traveled with him. The humid climate seems to make him feel taller. When we got home it was the same size. (CO was dry. There was no IA.) When it first opened it didn't seem big. Even after 12 hours I was concerned but I think they may have been in the package for a while. I moved it a little and it rushed to where it was supposed to be. It didn't have an odor like some pillows. I won't write reviews until I can say we've used it for a while. In this case, not only did we use it, but we can say that my husband slept very well. His neck hurt just before the pillow was ordered. One night sleep and it's gone. His snoring also stopped. This pillow keeps its shape. It was crushed in the pocket but immediately came out and bulged. Ready to go. It didn't take long here either. Soon there will be a problem buying another one for other family members.
