I bought this vest for my dog late last winter but am only starting to review it now that it's cold again. I love this vest for my dog! He is a 13 lb Papillon and wears a size Large. I like the attached strap. My dog has to wear a harness because he pulls when he walks. The straps make this vest very easy and comfortable to wear. It's easy to put on and even his long hair doesn't bother the zipper. I highly recommend this vest. Also it says dry cleaning only but I put it in the washing machine and dried on low and it's great!
