This is a great mouse that I can use with both my 2015 MacBook Pro and iPad Pro. I can use Bluetooth with my iPad; with my macbook i could use any connection. But with a Bluetooth connection, you have the benefit of not having to worry about losing the USB receiver, and it connects instantly when you turn it on. The mouse uses only one (1) AA battery and operates on both regular and rechargeable batteries. I am amazed that it works with my iPad and pairing was very easy. Turn it on, then press and hold the small button next to the switch, then look for it on your device to pair. That's all! I'll update if anything comes up unexpectedly, everything else looks fine.
