It looks pretty good. Flowers are a little more watercolor-like than solid outlines and fills, so the design is less defined up close. Still, he's very, very handsome. Also VERY heavy - somehow not in the sense of heat. I wanted something that I wouldn't sweat to death at night and wouldn't get too hot in the process. I don't feel as overheated as my previous polyester blend comforter, but carrying it, putting it in the washer and dryer, and making the bed is very heavy and clunky. (But then again, my upper body strength isn't great, and I'm a bit clumsy.) It's not super soft—not exactly rough, but nothing you'd want to curl up in because of its softness. (Nevertheless, my cat LOVES it and has slept with us almost every night since and I've found her on it during the day. Even though she's a black cat, she might like her white one. Yay! Something I can cover up with black hair and really make it stand out !)
